This has to be one of the most chaotic games ever, on top of the revving and beeping of cars, you've got Dexter Holland screaming at you and a tonne of NPCs who just will not shut up hahah.
I ve been trying for yeeears as a child to get this game. U cannot find it anywhere, no one talks about it. It s like it never existed. Everyone knows about crazy taxi but not about its sequels.
The first is an arcade icon. The 3rd game isn't very good (crazy amount of slowdown despite being on a "more powerful" console) but the 2nd game is a late-life system masterpiece. It came out months after it was already announced the console would be discontinued, I remember being so happy the first time I rented this. Bought soon after. The first game received tons of ports, but I believe this sequel is still a system exclusive for Dreamcast. So many great pre-y2K memories. I love that the records even saved the date you set them on the VMU
Most people talk about the First Crazy Taxi but I think the second is better in many ways and it’s such a shame that this game was doomed from the start As it was a Dreamcast Exclusive and it came out in 2001 the year the Dreamcast died The disrespect society showed that console is unforgivable
My record in Small Apple (CT2) is over 11000 (and near to 12000) dollars with Slash & the bike, I achieved Class "Awesome!" License and I'm number one. Now that was awesome.
@@80skid83 that's releases and whatnot. Really only two. Crazy Taxi 3 really is like the tracks of the first two and a vegas. With new tricks in the old maps. The one for the DS, PSP and whatnot is really the first game. The one on Steam is same thing.
This game is a blast to play with an emulator on mobile with a bluetooth controller. Also perfect that it's an arcade game, so you can easily play a game or two while in the waiting room or something 😂
My record in Small Apple (CT2 version) is 91 customers and over 28000 dollars with Hot-D. For the first time, I have achieved Class "CRAZY!!!" License in Small Apple and I'm number one. And now that I have earned Class "CRAZY!!!" License in both trails (Around Apple and Small Apple), it's time to... definitely... take a... SITT.
My score in Small Apple (CT2) is over 8900 (and near to 9000) dollars with Gus, Class S License and first place. And now it's time to... take a... SITT.
i never knew there was a crazy taxi 2 or maybe i did n forgot it was a long time ago i had a dreamcast and crazy taxi when i was 17 it was a great game but you got sore fingers aftyer a while drifting and booasting the car all the time think i made 36k dollors in specail rules that got a special liecence on the rank boird was great when i made that musta been playing over an hour befor time ran out
Nostalgia right here, crazy taxi 1 and 2 were amazing! I miss the Dreamcast and especially the Sega consoles. Lots of gaming memories (:

If you have a computer you could download redream ( Sega Dreamcast emulator ) & play it using a Xbox controller. I’m doing it right now...

The most fire ost in all of gaming
This soundtrack is truly an all time banger, but I gotta give the edge to soundtrack from Grand Theft Auto Vice City
Iceman is my favorite
Iceman's got a six pack, and I have a full cake.
This game and soundtrack 🔥🔥
Despite that last customer, you still got a Class S License. Nice. :)
