I wish more people would post auditions! Having been a part of both sides of the table, I find this process excruciatingly nerve racking yet totally exhilarating experience. It's just so much fun to watch. @Natalie Weiss I love the blind audition section, I wish this was done in real life.

You are SUCH an inspiration Natalie!!! I am a total theatre geek and sing every chance I get and currently work at Disney on the Beauty and The Beast: Live On Stage Show at Disney World! Watching your riffing videos has made me a better singer and I hope one day I can make it out to New York to see you perform! Thank you for helping me through the tough days
