You can’t kind teaching like this today. I can’t trust preachers that never “done anything wrong” in their lives. No experience in real life troubles to the fallen man.
A preacher is to be a husband of one wife. A pastor. It means what it says. You can't wiggle out of this one in any way... Everybody makes mistakes, everybody sins, but when you violate the requirements of a bishop as a pastor you got to step down

He's still a sinner who needs God's mercy (as we all do), but he is not qualified to be an elder.
I believe he means no one is qualified to enter the kingdom of God. That's why Christ had to come and die for us so we could be born again to enter into the kingdom of God and see it.
