Papaya Salad Recipe - Khmer/lao/thai - Buk La Hong, Thum Mak Hoong

Papaya salad
1 half of an unripe papaya
Cherry tomatoes
Fermented Fish sauce (I use plaranangfa brand - papaya salad dressing bottle)
Squid brand fish sauce
palm Sugar
Chiang Mai brand Crab paste
Shrimp paste
2 garlic cloves
1 lime squeezed
Thai Chilli peppers - as many as you can handle
