Hi. I have created a block and set the insert base point. However it is in the wrong place and I would like to move it. I have looked on TH-cam for a method of doing this but none seem to work. Is there a method that you have done a tutorial on?

Can we create blocks permanently in autocad. So, whenever we open the new file, i should be able to use them without instert. Is that possible?
