Hi Brandon, I have some time learning from you. Thanks. I would ask you a question for the first time. I learned how to freeze a layer within a viewport. Can I freeze just an object within just a viewport?

Scale is a tricky thing to get my head around. When the model in Mspace is at 1:1, in the paper space layout I have to use a conversion to get the scale right so for a scale of 1:2500 I have to type zoom (Z) return, scale (S) return and then type 0.4XP. The method that Brandon explains here doesn't work for the type of drawings I am working on, where the units are metres not millimetres. I think that's what the reason is. So for a scale of 1:1000, I have to type Z, S, '1XP'. Anyway, useful video in other ways, many thanks Brandon.

Do you have any videos that would help me get an idea about the 3-D side of AutoCAD? I want to take the next step into that arena but not sure where the heck to even begin... I am self taught and work for a construction company. Any help or ideas would be appreciated!! -Sarah

How do keep text horizontal on rotated viewports and not have upside text, but mainly multi leader text?

Hi guys, how to make Model Space and Layout Space always look like a "Print Preview"?
-this way we can always see the actual output - without always going to Print Setting to preview how it looks
