I agree 100% I have her first album and didn't know she did two more. Absolutely love this live version of this song vs the one on the CD. She was also on American Idol too. Didn't see that until after she passed away. So sad. Hopefully she can get some kind of award post humously. . Her dad has. 🤞🏻🤞🏻 I didn't know she had a Hollywood star on the walk of fame either. I think she was focused more on raising her kiddos thou. Her youngest twins are 14. Imagine what she may have done had Ben not taken his life and her twins were raised to adult. She didn’t get radio play or anything which fuckin sucked .. you’d only see lights out video on vh1 in the early mornings but her label failed her .. they didn’t try nearly as hard to promote her .. they just wanted her money smh .. she was a good friend & artist .. I miss her everyday

Agree. She had amazing talent. An amazing voice. Her light went out way to soon. Feel so sad she is gone. As I did when her daddy passed Away. She is now singing in Heaven with her son and Elvis. Must be an awesome show up there.
Such a shame that many wrote her off as someone who was just riding on her father's name and didn't bother to listen to her music. She was soo talented at singing AND writing. She released her first album at 35- I was a teenager and got to see her on that tour. All three of her albums are very different, but each amazing. She is missed.

She really did write excellent songs and knew how she wanted them to sound in her head. That deep sultry voice was beautiful and one of a kind. Her daughter sings beautifully and does at times sound similar but she's not got that polished roughness yet. I loved Lisa's music and I love Rileys new series on Amazon. Daisy Jones and the six. Riley does a superb job. If you want to support Lisa, support Riley, and whatever the girls decide to do later... Lisa will be smiling down. 💫😇💫😇

A lot of people had not realized how real raw her voice was. Like elvis she gives you it all. Emotional, anger, sadness, etc.through her music. I love , loved you Lisa. WhaT an artist. I think this is a silly comment. She had plenty of name recognition, and she didn't cut it. She did the rounds, she was not a great singer, not a very good entertainer, she did have looks and she had an extremely famous father and husband. But singing talent is just above bearable.

However she wasn't that bad of a song writer & there are plenty of much worse singers whom have been quite successful. Ya don't even have to be able to hold a tune these days to get an hit. Lisa's problem, which in part was her own doing, was not only was she born to one of the most successful & culturally significant entertainers of all time, she then goes & marrys one too. So her celebrity status overshadowed her talent, which wasn't anywhere near the strata sphere of either her father or ex husband, pair that with trying to carve a career at quite a late stage of her life, at 35 I believe, even later than Cheryl Crow whom started at 31. It was a recipe for disaster commercially & it didn't help that her character came across as unlikeable & spoilt being raised with a silver spoon so to speak, so unfortunately for Lisa the writing was on the wall 💯%

I've been following her career since she first came out on the circuit. I was fortunate to see her in concert 2x. I never could understand why her music wasn't being played on the radio. Her lyrics were raw and true. I hope that those of you who are seeing this fire the first time continue keeping her memory alive by listening and sharing. Because there are millions of singers out there more talented than she was. She had every opportunity to expose the public to her music, she had name recognition like no other singer ever had and she just wasn't that good.

I was going to marry Elvis when I grew up. I was 7 when Lisa was born. I bought her first album and loved it. I agree with Stephen Hensley - I will be buying the others and listening to all her music going forward. I always liked her and her uniqueness. Very talented musician even if born under the Presley name. She made her own way on a not so easy road for herself. A one of a kind gem in our world!

The acapella was great: great range and modulation which she doesnt often do and you could clearly make out the words. Great band. Lisa Marie was so in the socket and free here. I loved it.

I think this is a silly comment. She had plenty of name recognition, and she didn't cut it. She did the rounds, she was not a great singer, not a very good entertainer, she did have looks and she had an extremely famous father and husband. But singing talent is just above bearable.

However she wasn't that bad of a song writer & there are plenty of much worse singers whom have been quite successful. Ya don't even have to be able to hold a tune these days to get an hit. Lisa's problem, which in part was her own doing, was not only was she born to one of the most successful & culturally significant entertainers of all time, she then goes & marrys one too. So her celebrity status overshadowed her talent, which wasn't anywhere near the strata sphere of either her father or ex husband, pair that with trying to carve a career at quite a late stage of her life, at 35 I believe, even later than Cheryl Crow whom started at 31. It was a recipe for disaster commercially & it didn't help that her character came across as unlikeable & spoilt being raised with a silver spoon so to speak, so unfortunately for Lisa the writing was on the wall 💯%

I've been following her career since she first came out on the circuit. I was fortunate to see her in concert 2x. I never could understand why her music wasn't being played on the radio. Her lyrics were raw and true. I hope that those of you who are seeing this fire the first time continue keeping her memory alive by listening and sharing. I was going to marry Elvis when I grew up. I was 7 when Lisa was born.
I bought her first album and loved it. I agree with Stephen Hensley - I will be buying the others and listening to all her music going forward. I always liked her and her uniqueness. Very talented musician even if born under the Presley name. She made her own way on a not so easy road for herself.
