I've played lead guitar in bluegrass bands for about 35 years and am tired of it so I'm kinda looking something different. Id never heard this tune but im in love with it. U searched for other versions but your improvisation has the classiest sound. Very beautiful and something I might attempt. Thank you.

I am a bit newer to guitar and am loving the videos you have available. They have been helping me greatly to progress and fall in love with guitar. I had a question regarding layering my playing, so that I can play both the strumming and melody of this piece. I have an electric classic acoustic. Would you recommend getting a loop peddle, and if so, do you have any recommendations, or is there some other device that will allow me to layer my playing? Thank you again for the amazing guitar lessons!

Hey Aaron, thank you for the kind message. Loop pedals are a brilliant way to develop your playing. I would recommend the RC500 by boss, or if you are in a tight budget maybe the RC5. But the RC500 would definitely be my choice as you can layer 2 independent tracks and there are loads of rhythm choices. Hope it helps!!! Cheers, Ariel

Hey loabilooly, try playing the strumming more simplified also make sure that you are counting the beats and playing slowly. Hope this helps!

Do you include tabs for all the parts you played in the song? The lead, and improvisation?
