Maybe 6 months ago there was a woman walking down the street in Belltown that was attacked and hit in the head with an aluminum bat by a man just targeting women walking alone in public; there’s a reason Belltown is dirt cheap right now. Honestly I would recommend living anywhere else in the city especially for women worried about their safety
don't live in fear - just be aware of your surroundings. There are people that die on the freeway every day but we still drive our cars. Belltown is fine to live in. We can't let random people create a culture of fear. I choose to live and standup to petty thugs
You made Belltown look so cool and a great place to live. I’ve been going to a yoga studio over there for almost a year and I’ve wondered what it would be like to live there. The folks I’ve talked to who live there really do love living in Belltown!
Your videos make me want to move to Seattle more and more every time I watch them. Hopefully one day, but I will be visiting for the third time in the spring next year 😍

I love your Real Estate videos. Too bad I can't avoid any of these properties because I don't make enough with my salary. 😂 But I was able to buy a house in another state with .50 acres lot
that's barely a 750 sq ft apartment with old appliances and limited storage space.. that too for 400-500k.. seriously :/ Edit: That too with no actual doors for the bedroom

This is my neighborhood. I live above Olympic Sculpture park. I love this little neighborhood for all the reasons you stated
