Very helpful info. Out of curiosity, are there any of the homeless issues in these areas?

Definitely a lot in Belltown and Downtown. Core parts of Cap Hill will, but it’s a big area so there are cool quiet parts as well.

      it's everywhere!
Not just homeless, the immigrants are very violent! Dead bodies get dumped in the best neighborhoods, plus people get killed over garbage here. The prostitution helps many with inflation food costs. Little hope of change with mail-in voting and Democratic cheating.

Homeless people won’t be a problem for you, unless you just don’t like looking at them

Lol say that to the news and the number of needles everywhere. Some homeless folks also murdered someone biking a month ago. Seattle needs to get its shit together

Great video yet it seems almost unethical to showcase these areas without at least mentioning the current challenges with homelessness and crime. People deserve to know the pros and cons.

Great upload,Bryce. Based on your experience as a realtor what might the average monthly payment be for a condominium in any of those neighborhoods?

$500K for the condo, then 1500 to 2K per month for maintenance, crime could cost a life or more.

Walkability and a Halal environment is important to me.
