- I met heavy rain on my way to my favorite restaurant that I visited after a long time, and the sound of rain was cool and nice. I recommend it to those who suffered from insomnia for a long time. It's effective for fast sleep, study, and relaxation.

The white noise heard in nature has a special spectrum.
Among the white noise, the sound of rain is a common noise in nature and is familiar to our ears, so even if we study or do other things such as rest, it is not disturbed and rather gives us a sense of stability.
For video work, I heard and analyzed the white noise heard in various natures, and it was the most natural.
The white noise that was comfortable to listen to was the sound of rain.
It's good to listen to the rain sound naturally in order to hear it more effectively.
I like the sound of rain that is similar to the heart rate, a little slow, or a little fast, sounds natural and smoothly continuous.
Listening to white noise increases alpha wave emissions and decreases beta wave emissions in the brain. Alpha waves are brain waves that come out when the mind is focused or resting, and beta waves are frequencies that come out when the brain is unstable.
Therefore, when you hear the sound of rain, alpha waves increase, making your brain feel comfortable and helping you relax a lot.

00:01 When I was a child, whenever it rained my mum would wake my brother, sister and me up (my dad worked night),turn off all the lights and turn the sofa to face the windows.
We would all sit there with hot chocolate and listen to the storm while waiting to see the lightning, we lived on a hill and could see for miles.
We all grew up to absolutely love thunderstorms and do similar things with our children.
I found out recently that my mum hated them and was terrified but by waking us up and pretending she loved them she found she could cope.

I fell asleep to the sound of heavy rain and woke up to 6 inches of snow. But I slept like a baby. This reminds me of being at my Mom and Dad's house in the country when I was younger and getting heavy rain and we'd sit in the living room listening to the rain hitting the tin roof. It was so peaceful. That's how I felt last night. Thank you for this. I woke up in a much calmer and peaceful mood this morning
