Lochcarron - South of Scotland Beacon Business Net Zero Accelerator programme

Six businesses in the South of Scotland have benefitted from a pathfinder programme aimed at helping them to realise the economic opportunities which moving towards Net Zero can provide.
The programme, which gave focused support to the chosen businesses to deliver their Net Zero plan, began last year and was completed in early 2024. It was delivered by Net Zero Nation, and funded by South of Scotland Enterprise.
One of the companies, tartan manufacturer Lochcarron, based in Selkirk, discuss their experience as a Beacon Business over the last 12 months.
