Hello… I enjoyed your reaction to this out of this world performance by the one & only Alice Fredenham. You probably may know she “retired” from the music industry in 2017. And she & everyone close to her is not saying why. It’s 2024 and she must be close to 40 years of age now. There’s been a number of comments that only if she had better management and her one & only album produced much better etc that she would have been as popular as any singer performing, recording these days like let’s say Taylor Swift. And I wholeheartedly agree! Alice had this something special in her voice how she sang with so much heart & soul. Even though I seen this video many times I was tearing throughout her performance just thinking “what if”? Regardless, at least she gifted us with an album and a handful of videos to enjoy this immensely & beautiful songstress. God bless you Alice, whatever you may be doing nowadays. I hope you’re in good health & enjoying life. By the way, Alice if per chance you read this, contact me and I buy you a ticket to fly to LA. and have Republic Records sign you on! ❤
Dude, you don't sound like a layman to me, your reaction was spot on. I was lucky enough to see this on TV in 2010, on BGT, and must have played it 100 times or more since then, and have forwarded to many friends. I suggest you listen to Alice's studio recording of the Prince song ' How Come You Don't Call Me Anymore ? ' from 2013, I think. Even more sultry and heart-wrenching than this. Happy listening !!
They aren't clapping because they're ensared by her voice. She is my beautiful magic weaver from Scotland. All time favorite singer, Simon is wrong her voice is not liquid gold it is liquid magic weaving spells that ensare your mind and teleports it to the 1930s and 20s and soothes the heart and soul. Sadly she was kicked off the show because before coming here she tried out for the UKs voice. Anyways, check out her video I only have eyes for you video, that will send you straight to 1937 in a music bar with her on the stage behind a big round Mike in a dark blue and sliver dress with men sitting at tables smoking cigars and the bar tender serving scotch and brandy and a pianist in the corner playing. I guarantee you.

I really enjoyed your reaction to one of my favourite performances of all time. Good luck with your channel
I'm a straight woman, but she is so sensual doing this. I saw her do this years ago and loved it then, still do! Thank you for your reaction.
