well to be honest i still have my iphone x here... ive been using it for almost 7 years... been through alot repaired few (changed display due to damage from a fall, camera since it was shaking too much and battery since it needs to be replaced) but still works not reaching a day of usage but it gets a job done... well ive been planning to buy new iphone soon... but for now im still enjoying this one...❤
I'm eagerly anticipating the new iPhone SE 4 lineup. I enjoyed the first and second generations of the SE, but I broke about 15 phones. They are affordable and good for simple use. The SE 4 is supposed to be a modern remake of the SE, and I believe we'll see more of these remakes in the future as well.
Question For not heavy user still good buy iphone x? If my use only calling and sms text? And lite using web browser , Facebook, TH-cam and camera shot only ?
I'm from Alberta and I use a 256GB silver iPhone X as my daily phone. I don't see much difference between it and the newer models, except for a few features like standby and MagSafe fast charging. These features weren't important to me when I was looking for a basic phone. In my opinion, it's a great budget phone for 2024, but at the same price, you might as well get an iPhone SE from 2020 or a newer model for the battery life and iOS updates.
It is a good phone for someone like me who hates the "new" photos app and doesnt like the contact poster bullshit, as someone who wants the old user interface, it is a good choice.
Not my post, but I get the same issue even with a new battery and latest available iOS. www.reddit.com/r/iphone/comments/brl0no/why_does_my_iphone_x_get_so_laggy_while_using/
Sure! Here's the rewritten text: Repairing the screen of your phone yourself costs very little and takes 20 minutes to an hour to complete. The issue is that Apple and repair shops charge a fee, which often makes it not worth it, especially with older phones and high demand for parts. In such cases, it might be better to just buy a new phone instead of getting a new screen or upgrading models. I did this with the SE lineup up to the XR, so for at least a few years, and saved myself hundreds. I only needed NFC support, which the SE 1 provided. i must have had three of each color, but I still have 6 in a box. Grammarly edited nooooooooo
@@porehebdkdb1987 I own the iPhone XS and bought it in Nov 2018. The battery barely lasts for a couple of hours on moderate usage. I am on the latest IOS version
So good to see reviews like this. Thank you.

I’d probably say 2020 SE is a better buy

I have used the iPhone SE 2020, and it performs better than the older model x with a bit more speed. it shows Battery optimization has decreased.

saying that facetime is laggy on an iphone x is wild, i literally gone on facetime with an iphone 4s in 2024

Glazement
Where is the Instagram page? 😅😊
Older iphones are just better
the battery wont last longer than 2-3 hours, no use at all
not true, chaging battery helps
That depends. Higher condition phones will obviously cost a good 200-300. Or, you can get the battery replaced yourself

that's true about the iphone 5s, but the iphone x lasts around 4 hours.
