This model worth buying for the much higher price? accurate?

I did a comparison video (in Malay) of this Xiaomi BIA scale (RM300) vs InBody 270 (RM 25,000). The result is quite comparable and for me it is worth the price for a consumer grade 8-point BIA scale. The cheaper ones usually only have 4-point, so not as accurate.

@@annieliau It is pretty easy to use, but you'll have to connect to the apps first (QR is available on the box).
But as of now, the problem is you have to change the region to China for it to work (as stated in the video). But once its connected, its really easy to use, so far I don't have any deal breaking issues.

@@annieliau I prefer treadmill or bicycle for home cardio. Rowing machine can get tiring and boring real fast, and in the end that machine will collect dust 😆

All BIA are not 100% accurate as it estimates our body composition based on electrical impedance. Besides fat and muscle, our water content can also affect it (which changes daily compared to muscle/fat). However, accuracy of BIA can be improved with more electrodes, consistent measuring environment & precautions (avoid measuring after exercise).
In short, it as fairly accurate and reliable for normal consumer. But just keep in mind its limitations.
