    Hello Kevin,
Very nice work... the work on the shaper really made the nut very nice. I must admit the more I see these floating reamer holder the more I think there are essential for a machine shop... thanks for sharing.
    Take care.

I woke up early this morning and watched your video, like the morning dew on the leaves outside the window, so wonderful that happy emotions flowed up and down in my empty, unknown heart, and now I play harmonica and guitar like this. As the algorithm introduced, I just looked down and suddenly the first picture caught my eye, so I looked up again and saw your video. When I first see your video that I met by chance, I can feel the beautiful love that is coming from somewhere. I am amazed at the excellence of your skills and thank you for taking the time to warm my heart and make me feel comfortable with your sincerity and hard work in watching the video. Right now, like the stars in the autumn dawn sky, in the countless TH-cam channel videos, I was so happy that I met your video in an algorithmic fate and it was like a dream. ..TH-cam's video that an algorithm guided me to. I would like to give you my heartfelt praise and support for your precious relationship. Be sure to be happy. In this place, where the sunset of yesterday, filled with memories in my heart as the years pass by, tells the love story of the stars looking for them in the autumn and dawn night sky, the video I've been wanting to see for so long was your video right now. Thank you for making my everything so happy for a little while because of one reason I watch your video. Your video is so beautiful and enchanting under the morning sky when the cold wind blows in autumn. Your video really touches my heart. Even if I watch it over and over again, it is your video that I want to watch over and over again.

Fantastic! I'm glad that worked out well, really nice job. I hadn't realised that a parallel shaft is a square taper, that's something new I've learnt!

Hi Nigel. Parallel square taper....lol. I've since used it on the mill also with great results. Thanks for sharing the design. Really enjoyed making it and will be using it for future projects I'm sure. Cheers kevin

Gday Kevin, excellent results, the shaper does a great job, the internal thread was absolutely spot on and I’m sure you will get many years of use out of this tool, the piece of hss in the drive dog on mine I noticed the ball dealing has left a good impression so with the taper it must apply quite a bit of force, really enjoyed this series mate great job, cheers

Hi Matty. Yes my HSS piece is the same. Think I'll swap it out for a piece of drill rod. I'll harden it and temper it back and see how that goes. Thanks for watching mate. Kev..

Hi Kevin. Had a look through videos. Are you still running the cnc gear, I'm half way to building a cnc roughter and plasma cutter at the moment

Hi Paul, Yes using the CNC router and CNC laser cutter daily (I built both machines from scratch). I've thought about a building CNC plasma also. Cheers Kevin
