Hello!! Love the vlog! Both of you are doing great!! I’m dieting all the time, it’s not easy! When you eat less you start to run on fat which is not a good energy source so you might be tired , and exercise makes you gain cause it’s an appetite stimulant, ergo dieting makes me tired and hungry🤣🤣stick with it , I recently returned to the gym twice a week after three years, I can’t go today cause we have smoky air quality from wildfires, , three times a week is optimal , you can do resistance work and maybe 20 minutes cardio three times or one full cardio session and two resistance work etc ! Don’t give up ! I’m an exercise teacher and I really have to motivate myself to be good! For knitting , I have st least ten wips😂!!
