"I will talk and you shall listen" is a Gravemind quote from Halo 2 she's repeating. Despondent Pyre saying the Endless are "something that shouldn't exist, but does" IMO points to the fact that Forerunners believed they killed all precursors. She's gotta be precursor related or perhaps created.
@Berean Studios I don't think so as the flood and precursors are already transient, making them immune to the Halo array. The flood are the corrupted dust of the precursors, we've never seen what original Precursors look like. Harbinger and primordial imo are similar enough to warrant suspicion
My question is what happened to the spirit of fire and red team? Was the spirit of fire destroyed or are they still holding their own on the arc and red team were they hunted down and killed like the Spartan 4s (I hope not I love Jerome and the rest of red team) or did they survive. My theory is maybe in dlc the spirit of fire will come to the ring eventually and it’ll be one of the last functioning unsc warships used as a command center of sorts. Or maybe a halo wars 3 telling what happened or if we get dlc for the spirit of fire coming to the ring in infinite, a halo wars 3 that tells the story up until that point in time
I think she is precursor related, not only does she have similar mandibles as the flood Gravemind, she quotes the Gravemind in Halo 2 with “I shall talk and you shall listen” and the basic description of the Primordial stated it had multiple arms and even more legs with a hood or wide fin shaped head. The Skimmers process multiple legs with very spider like features in their concept art, and the Harbinger has a similarly shaped headdress. Perhaps that dust the flood came from was a faulty batch, and perhaps the Endless come from a successful sample of dust that landed on a planet, altered the genetic evolution of said life into what will become the Precursors. Perhaps the Endless are in the early stages of evolution that’ll become the Precursors. The primordial also stated they have undergone stages of life, death, and rebirth, because they took pleasure in beginning again and evolving and building back from small organisms to godlike entities. They went extinct before but always came back experiencing every stage of evolution imaginable. A constant cycle in an endless loop, just like their ring artifacts from their world, just like the halos, a constant cycle of life, death, and rebirth. Endless I personally don’t agree that Abaddon or something made organic Promethean constructs, sure they look similar but they had a developed culture and their own technology that’s distinctive. They probably evolved on this isolated planet over the spend of millions of years until they advanced to where they are. Perhaps they had precursor technology on their world that they based their technology on, just like how the forerunners did, hence similar functionality, design motives, and abilities like slip space translocation technology. Plus those ruined rings u find on Zeta halo came from their world and these artifacts predate the forerunners according to some audio logs. I know this is just speculation, but he evidence is there, and could explain why they are immune to the halo array. Perhaps they were in a dire situation because their civilization depended on precursor technology that was destroyed when the halos fired, crippling their civilization. They thought the forerunners were there to help. I digress, they could go anywhere with these guys, but it would be pretty cool if this is how the Precursors return, born again and now competing with humans to be on top
Her line "now I shall talk, and YOU shall listen" is exactly what the Gravemind (who had the mental memory from the Primordial whom was killed by the Iso Didac) said. Is she a Primordial??
This is where I'm leaning that she's a Precursor since the Librarian tried to bring them back following the genocide of the Precursors even though most of them were killed off and decided to die off.
@@sargepent9815 I thought so too but the harbinger is the endless, and the endless have a name I forgot what their called but it doesn’t seem to be primordials sadly

Anyone noticed how there are 7 rings at the end of the game, which chief gets teleported under and two of them are broken. One really broken (kinda like halo ce ring) and another slightly broken (kinda like infinites). Idk maybe I’m overthink or missed something
Halo ce ring, installation 04, was being rebuilt on the ark in halo 3 and was blown up a second time during the end game warthog run before it could be completely rebuilt.
Who is the Harbinger in #HaloInfinite ? (EXPLAINED) There are so many different theories around who the Harbinger is and her part in the overall #HaloInfinitecampaign storyline! Here is everything you should know, and the way she "Timetravels" in game!
Precursors made zeta halo. The lie harbinger is refering to is the fore runners claim that they hold the mantle. To add just as humaninty was turn back into primitives, the harbinger was a precursor who as she states was changed by the forerunner. She also state her kind was a threat that wouldnt be forgiven which implies the mass genocide by the forerunner on her kind. Hence why the primordial used the only ring it wasnt on out of the original 12 to attack the greater ark. This is also why cortana is atoning just as medicant bias did. Weapon is essentially a mirror version of offensive bias.
One thing I still don't get is why Cortona had to nuke herself, Atrox, and a section of Zeta Halo. Atrox couldn't have activated the ring anyways. 4runner tech doesn't work unless your human and you need the Index which Cortana has. With a fleet of Guardians at her disposal also....it just sounds like lazy writing..

The endless shouldn’t exist because they can survive a Halo ring firing.

That would be badass! I can see 343 merging the two games, and maybe even making Halo Wars 3?
I think her teleporting like that is her some way manipulating time like freezing it and then unfreezing it after she's moved

Obviously she isn’t an “Endless” if her sylax was located in a different spot than where the endless are hidden correct?
Well whenever she spoke about them she would refer to them as "we" so i can only presume she's apart of the Endless
@@_Wizzo True, wonder why her sylax was located in a different spot on the ring than the others. Seems peculiar.

Feels weird to me that seemingly that any human can open or use hyper advanced and dangerous tech with no real checks n balances lol
i dont think the forerunners were capable of doing background checks on humans that werent born till millennia or eons in the future lmaoo
It would of been the perfect time to bring the didact back and let him explain but if it's offensive basis insted it be even better
They might he orange because they might be like the prometheans, imprisoned by being digitalised…
