Courts are place of learning where you can learn from each and every part of it Whether it's a opposite counsel, clerk, police etc you just need that perspective. Sometime you learn right things sometimes you learn wrong it's up to us how we use that.
Amish could you please make a video on internet fraud and what we can do step by step for eg. I recently got fraud by a person online who pretended to be the store owner of a shop I know. The amount was not large (1500) where I felt like making a police complaint as that man was from another state. So is there like an online consumer court website or something where we can get proper help and also within what period to file the complaint
If a legally unsustainable judgement is passed, how can one become happy that it would set a precedent?? Second and most important thing is that a judgement passed by single judge bench is binding upon another coordinate bench of the same court only if it is passed correctly. If bench has doubt about its legality, bench would refer it to larger bench to correct its illegality but not bound by it at all.
Sir it's true. a present day very successful medical practitioner once upon a time negligently spoil his patient's life. But as you said over a period of 30-35 years of learning process today he is seasoned medical practitioner but at the cost of his innocent patients. Same thing applicable in legal fraternity ?

U can complete graduation and then pursue llb If u want from prestigious University then go for clat .get yourself equipped with law subjects after STD 12. It will become easy
Sorry but the advice given to you is completely wrong. Judgment/order passed by a High Court or a judge/bench of a HC is not binding on same/another HC or another judge/bench of the same/different HC. So there is no question of precedent at the HC level.
Firstly, I think that's too soft a way of looking at something as grave & serious as what is mentioned here. 2ndly, even if a judgement sets a precedent, a judge can always say that "each case is different" or "this judgement shouldn't be used as precedent".

You can check online for consumer courts or see for a local lawyer
