Job done. Nothing too fancy, but a needed win. Hard fought defensively and just about pulled out the crucial goal. Pretty Bruce-esque. The defense was very good today. Dave and Farrell were rocks, DJ and Matty P held it down. And after recent performances I think Polster will just have to roll with being an outside back. Especially at the minute, he’s just too good at it. Knows when to get back and forward to a tee. Fantastic. Another outstanding performer and underrated man of the match is MAK. He had 3-4 crucial blocks in and around the box that really could have lead to at least another goal. Really good game from MAK. Buck with a top class finish and put us on the board during a pretty dry attacking day. Held possession well, some great turns, and the goal🦌🦌. Nacho had a pretty quiet day, while Chanc on the other hand was standout yet again. Starting to see a theme, maybe we should actually settle this buy sinner rather than later. Would be an idea, what a player he is!! Capi didn’t have his best day but still some big moments. Bobby Wood was pretty underwhelming again and had that huge missed header just before half. Giacs came on and made an instant shift in energy and momentum. We need to stop messing around and keep him nailed into the XI. Another mainstay was back today too. La Pantera showed his quality in just twenty minutes. I think we’d be making a serious mistake not bringing him back for at least one more year. The creative passing and directness to goal is a critical attribute we need. He also started this season with some of his best play in a Revs shirt. Contract renewal needs to be a priority. Tommy helped bunker the midfield for a few minutes but not enough time to really impact. Overall a great result and solid showing. Back home midweek and another win needed to get back to second. Have to use the game in hand to our advantage!! Peay’s boys march on!!! GO REVS!!!!!
If Clint is going to keep Matt as a outside back, then he HAS to keep him on the right. He cannot be on the left because it put both him and DeJuan Jones on a worse spot than they aught to be (not that either are not capable, but you REALLY want DeJuan on the left as evident by that pinpoint perfect cross for the game winning goal). And speaking of that cross. MY WORD THAT WAS SUBLIME! Put into heavy traffic with his "weaker foot" and dropped onto Romney's head with utter precision. Top class. Buck started a little slow but but he worked hard and had some very crucial plays, and the goal was the icing on the cake. Bobby actually made some good runs and had some good moments of hold up play, but two absolute horror misses with free headers is just unacceptable. Vrioni came in but did he really have any chances at all? He is offsides A LOT OF THE TIME and that often snuffs out counter attacks before they can even develop. I am not saying he was bad, but what exactly did he do? MAK had his best game in about a month. The last few games he was making some horrendously bad errant passes giving away possession for no reason (not even under pressure). But he had a huge game last night and looked to be back to his old form which made a huge deal to the center of the pitch. And then there was the return of LA PANTERA! I really cannot wait to see Bou and Tomas Chancalay on the pitch together because that is going to be filthy.
I always made fun of New England because they have an ownership group that doesn't seem to care about football, they have Grid Iron football lines during a football match and there's hardly anyone attending any of the matches. But with this match, maybe there is hope for this club.
@@mrfilamfishing "and there's hardly anyone attending any of the matches." That is just patently false. Sure it may "appear" that way in a stadium that holds over 65k, but they often put well over 20k in there and often more than a good number of the Soccer Specific Stadiums that the league loves to talk about can even hold. So no, they do not "hardly have anyone attending". They just do not cramp them all into a tiny little box just to make it "look" like they are "full" while actually having smaller crowds number wise. 😉
@@paulmiller7838 Those tiny little boxes you mention are bigger than most European stadiums. I always research how many people attend certain MLS matches. New England tends to have one of the worst. I'm just so happy that in this match, 36,000 plus showed up and enjoyed a good football match. New England is a good club on the pitch, but it's owner group, the Krafts, only seem to care about the Patriots.

Great win to change the late-game-capitulation energy. And 38k in the house! Cbus is fkn huge Wednesday. If we beat Crew it's almost a certainty we'll get a home stand in the postseason. And I want to finish above Cbus and Philly soooo bad.... GO you REVS / NETID
Unbelievable attendance today at Gillette Stadium. Plus 37k people supporting deserved this win.
41,000 yesterday even on a rainy day, really hope we beat Philly next week

Nice to see some great attendance from the revs
Let’s go Revs, we showed we can comeback! However Columbus WILL BE BETTER, so we need to step it up! We can hang on a 4+ spot!

I WAS AT THE GAME LFGGG GO REVS! ⚽️😀
Looked like Charlotte put up a good fight, but I love watching this NE squad. Please sign Chancalay for next season. He’s incredible!

I have a feeling this time the Revs is the champion of the MLS🎉
Without Arena? No way jose,
New England Revolution
That turf looks as thread bare as investigate journalism on the Bruce Arena story.
Let’s go Revs ❤️💙
If anybody is going, who is ready for New England Revolution versus Charlotte on April 6, 2024!
buck goal nice
Great game
❤❤️🔥❤️🔥
I went to this game!!!!
Would prefer it if the commentator wasn't SHOUTING ABOUT EVERYTHING!!!
I was there
"What a great finish in the end"? As opposed to a great finish at that start?🤣
Messi is the most impactful, influential athlete to ever been in America.
Who?
Not even against miami
👍👍👍👍
No Grid Iron Football lines and a great crowd turnout. Could this possibly be New England 2.0?
P.S. I still hate your ownership group.
so do we LOL. Revs fans don't like Kraft. We feel he cares so much about the Pats that he really doesn't care about us.
@@_G50_ It's why I hate them because they treat you guys like sh*t.
