I have the 5 school slots unlocked which means I can put that number of friend in it so they recover motivation twice as fast as when they are not. For the leveling process, I use the less amount of friend possible and I make sure to only awaken and limit break the friend who are the one that deal damage, so the overall team cost decrease.
