So far Calli, Nerissa and very briefly Reine have visited with her but Ririka and Raden are the first JP members to follow through on their plans to visit. Both of them have been to Europe before, Ririka lived there for a while, so maybe it’s less daunting for them. A lot of the other JP members haven’t ever left the country and don’t have good English. And if they’re traveling to Austria they’d probably also need to know some German. Man I remember when Kiara first moved back and how isolated she felt. Come a long way since then

I didn't know Raden and Ririka were visiting Austria and Kiara. That's very cool and glad they seem to be enjoying themselves. Also, I really like that lesson at the end of the clip complete with a small, slower repeat for listening. Thank you for that. Subbed!
Raden promised to visit Kiara nearly a year ago I think. I remember there were clips of them talking about visiting. It’s nice to see that finally some JP members were able to keep their promise and visit Austria. Kiara’s heard so many members casually mention they’d visit her someday.
Always nice to see foreigners discover Europe. You can find intact castles or manors in every other village, and the rest have at least remnants to show. The city center is usually grown in rings around an old church and littered with all kinds of historical buildings (sometimes going back to the early middle ages) and monuments, memorials, preserved wall sections, small parks and plazas, fountains or water installations are pretty common. Even as a local I find it pretty beautiful - and Austria has some of the most impressive and best preserved examples. In some areas it must feel like stepping into a fantasy story for them. In concept very similar to Japan (modern cities grown into and around historical sites, mixing all kinds of styles) but entirely different in execution.
we in europe tend to underestimate how exciting it must be for outsiders... then again the same probably goes for us when we go to somewhere like Japan and see temples and such everywhere. for them its the norm but for us its mindblowing.
Raden specifically loves art and architecture. To walk around in and around it is understandably an exciting thing after you've spent so much time studying European architecture.
It's gotta be like being in a dream for Raden, love her enthusiasm for basically everything. Also thank you so much for the small lesson of japanese at the end, I will try and remember the phrase!

I'd say Raden was the most probable to push through visiting kiara out of all the hololive girls. The girls an art and museum enthusiast and she actually worked on getting/renewing her passport after that stream.
I love how Hololive can be so broad that they can oscillate from standard weebery to architecture and Rembrandt and it not jarring or feeling wedged in.
