Kava is an intoxicating drink and is also used in traditional medicine. Yet fears over links to liver problems and death have led to bans in numerous countries. Dr. Lebot, a Kava expert, claims Kava is not addictive; I cannot understand how it could be toxic , insisting problems lie in the kava-based pill production. A local man explains Since we have Kava we have less problems. Before that drinking alcohol was a problem.

Great video =) hope the world could see that many of ours plants are the unique salvation to this planet, once we have counsciouness about the planet as being a alive organism every thing is related and everything is a family, plants helps humans to be in contact with nature and preserve it, once we are far from the nature we are far from what we were and humanity is going to a total loss of ancestry

Exactly. I've found that kava, psilocybin mushrooms, Kratom and morning glory seeds all connect you to nature in different ways. Go outside on literally any of those and people will see what I mean...

I had kava when I was over there on mystery island. I didn't trust myself to go swimming after it tho. Was a very relaxing experience. Would recommend trying it. Doesn't taste the best but u don't drink it for the taste.

Yessir I’m on the Vanautu right now
It’s pretty good but also I’ve only been taking kava less than a month so I just make 3 tablespoons but it seems to work decently, just not very strong it’s kinda like a strong buzz

I've been there. I've made the brew. I've drank many skulls with and puked with local "Nivans" (some pictured). The #1 lesson from all that comes with KAVA is *Humility*. Bonding occurs while you journey together through this abrasive sip! Laugh at/with each other's faces! 😆 Just try not to spit! 🤣
