I literally just accepted a role in recruiting with a staffing agency that I honestly felt I wouldn’t get. The company on the other hand saw more value than I put off. I’m coming from the training and development background with a bit of operations, so I am thrilled to be on this new journey.

I recruit us citizen,s from India. But the pay rate in India is "one day earning of recruiter in usa" we work same we recruit same people. Then why this much salary gap ???????
