I stumbled across this video a couple years ago. My mobility has moved from keyboard warrior to handstands and back bridges. Thank you. I just passed along this video to a buddy in severe hip pain. I know he can overcome it if I did.

I like that you are using more the words “understanding” and “knowledge” versus “belief”. The word “belief” conjures up fire and brimstone preaching and listeners could be put off and miss the point. Great job. Thank you!

It was good for me to hear that when we have a flare up we don’t need to figure out where it’s coming from. I thought I needed to go journal and figure out what I’m burying. I have found recently that doesn’t help. I mean it totally helped in the beginning! But to know now I just need to recognize it for what it is and shift my attention...feels very freeing. Thank you!

As long as we know it's just TMS and can soothe teach our brain we're already fine, digging for the trigger is not helpful.

Yes! I have nearly driven myself insane researching and writing and researching over and over. Then I came across this channel yesterday and the way you explain things and how you deliver it made a light bulb go off. I don't need to do that anymore. I will be following your advice to the letter. You should be incredibly proud of yourself, you are literally helping people to save and change their lives Thank you 🙏❤️

Knowledge alone, and even years of meditation , breathing protocols have not made my fight or flight come down. Like it is locked on full permanently, i have pain but it is not my main problem. I have cfs and autoimmune issues which all fit in with tms , lots of other symptoms too ; 35 years of them. I can totally see clearly how my brain and fight or flight response are at the root of all of it, which should be a huge breakthrough; i reached that insight 3 years ago. But, like i said , my deep primal terror ( of what ? Death i suspect) and stuck fight or flight seem completely immune to any intervention. So, my brain, by trying to keep me safe has been destroying my life and health, and killing me. So sad to see that

Dom, there are several concepts that I believe are required to end pain. Getting out of fight or flight is just one of them. I cover all of the suggestions in this one video: th-cam.com/video/3vJgBnrhFt8/w-d-xo.html
Evaluate how you are doing in ALL of the concepts covered. You can do this.
