We are slowly making loads of good progress on the rebuild of our van and we will be winter ready in no time and ready fo court next winter adventure in Scotland! Give us a thumbs up and leave us a comment! th-cam.com/video/3phOnuADS74/w-d-xo.htmlsi=ThohJwkDoFBRX138
Archie' is looking proper smart, All your hard work on the van is paying off and is looking bloody amazing bro, maybe you can fix my gearbox lol. 👍👍👍👍👍👍
Well done, Rob. I think we can all appreciate the work that's involved in swapping out all those electrics. Ha ha, and remember the days you used to kerb your language for the sake of the YooToob algorithm? Yeah, fuck that.
Yeah that was a long day, especially cutting the wires again and doing all that! But it's all worth it for sure! And yeah can be bothered anymore to be anything part from me! Fuck it! Hope you're well mate?
I can imagine that sometime in the next few months, you will want to find a really freezing cold place to test out the heater. With the revamped electrics too, I bet you'll be warm and cosy without the bills of a household. Looking much better in the van now and soon it's adventure time.
That looked like a LOT of work! Do you know any full time vanlifers who use more integrated systems like the Clayton, or is Victron still the preferred choice? Nice haircut too 🐾
Hard work pays off… I know a few people who have the Clayton system, but they don’t live full time… most people who live full time that I know all use either Victron or renogy gear! Hope that helps?
@@PackTheVanAndGo Agree on hard work paying off - your van is looking amazing! Thank you for the info - I'm only just starting to learn about all of this stuff - previously I had thought I'll just buy a jackery or bluetti, but I'm realising that won't work if I want to go full electric. The Victron route seems more complex but I guess you can add and swap parts more easily than having to buy a whole new system with something like a Clayton
@@_Louise__ thank you, yeah I find the Victron system to be more safer… if one part breaks you can just replace that part and the system still works… a power bank, is it fails the whole system fails… and you’re more likely to be able to pick up parts all over Europe for Victron
Hi,I was wondering where and how do you keep Archie secure and comfortable when you’re travelling 🤔.as I’m not sure what to do with my big black muckle Labrador Yelo WOOF!🐕🦺.perhaps you could cover this point in one of your video’s many thanks.👍
Yeah no worries, Archie is in the back of the van behind the passenger seat.. I have his bed there and he doesn't move from there! He's far too big to have anywhere else!
