The young version is brahma, or svadhisthan chakra and the older one is shiva, perhaps anahata chakra. When I meditate on svadhisthan I see many times a year old kid.
I listened to this for a night on a loop for eight hours while I slept. I visualized and felt the energy of something I was trying to manifest. The thing I visualized happened the next day. Thank you for this!! I am eternally grateful ❤️❤️

I was so waiting for this, awesome!!! Sometimes I would fall asleep too early and all though I know the subconscious was picking up the healing, I sometimes wanted to stay up just to hear it all. Now I can hear it all at once and sleep faster, because I kid you not some nights I fought sleep just to hear all 3 hours, but yet felt like a million bucks upon waking.... I always listen to one of your recordings while I am bathing. Tonight I was working on my solar plexus. When that recording ended, just as I was completing my bath, this one came on next. I immediately ran into my bedroom to look at my phone to see what in the world was playing. This is one of the most beautiful things that I have ever heard; the feeling that accompanied it at first listen is indescribable.
I have never seen this pop up in your channel before and maybe it was due to helping unblock my solar plexus that led me to it. I worked on what I needed to to bring myself back into alignment and balance and what I was feeling and experiencing is exactly what I was meant to hear…this.

This gave me a crazy amount of anxiety and I could feel something start to come to the surface but I didn’t feel like I’m prepared for whatever it was bringing up. 😢 this is definitely powerful

What I would do is start with the root chakra and work yourself up to the top. And remember being patient with yourself is ok but always keep it in your mind that you know you need to work yourself to facing it slowly and/or eventually

If a chakra is overactive or underactive, in that area you might have sensations like: burning, stabbing, tingling, piercing pains and aches.
After you find the chakra, do some research on symptoms of overactivation and underactivation.

I think it's because these tones make me think this is what heaven could sound like, but I'm not particularly religious... talk of the afterlife, or lack thereof, freaks me out...
I admit I've lived an unfulfilling life. I've only focused on surviving, not living. if I were to die today, I would have done only a pinch of the things I want to do. but my anxiety and fear hold me back. hopefully before it's too late I can overcome this and live a little before it's all gone
its never too late to push forward. Your anxiety comes because you know yourself, but are afraid of the spotlight. but you know you are capable, we all are, as long as you try your best everyday, you will succeed!

Bruhh, I just did that and literally my brain never realized that I fell asleep. Started having slightly unnerving thought loops mixed into an out of body experience. A bit unsettling, but I was able to maintain control of myself in these conscious dreaming situations. It left me feeling positively energetic, with a bit of nervous cold sweat. Just sat up and turned the lights on after a series of events leading up to me being disturbed by the need to squash a common spider wandering too close to my bed, attempting to turn on my phone and being extremely concerned as it was glitchy when attempting to unlock it. Went to flick the switch and was suddenly laying back on my side, this video still playing, feeling a bit disoriented, heavy, and stimulated. I've had mad chills for the last 15 minutes I've been up. Not upset tho. Still 10outta10, would do it again. Maybe during a waking meditation though, next time.
I fell asleep to this and had such a good peaceful dream 😍
