I know a lot of people have been saying this but I dont think this is true. I have contact with people who have been hit with DMCA strikes from nintendo and they have received from the confirmed real email, but with mm-nintendo CC'd in. also the gamejolt DMCA (confirmed to be nintendo) also used mm-nintendo.

Isn’t Nintendo console from 2017 and not from 2024. Because I can’t find out if the ps4 had ray tracing. If the next Nintendo console I will kinda fought they will ray tracing in there console yet. Until the 2030s were there games can get close to graphics and ray tracing as MAGI/SYPHIVISION from 1974. Aside from that there trying to to the times, like voice chat for switch. But only on phone app.

TO BE FAIR... The nintendo 64 also has both Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask, also Paper Mario... But I'm still no that price is still just a tad too high. Also i already own the 3ds versions of the n64 Zelda games.

i love nintendo games but everything else is dog shit. like somehow they are more greedy than (tom cruise cult) while at the exact same time not just ignore the smash scene but go out of there fucking way to try and murder it. i mean i can understand nintendo not wanting to give money to smash melee because its 20+ years old and the game code is held together with chewing gum but to not only try and kill the scene as well as not care about smash ultimate which is on the console that they want everyone to desperately be on as well as try to end competive smash bros as a whole is beyond fucking insane. honestly nintendo should reach out to sony and microsoft to make smashbros a game where all consoles join together celebrate the gaming culture as a whole. but instead the biggest smash bros tournament ever held wasen't even worth 200k while capcom regularly gives out millions of dollars like there the fucking wolf of wall street.

eshop shut down is because nintendo wants to force people to buy the NEW console by making the older ones worse. typical greedy nintendo. xbox 360 marketplace has been online for like 20 years now.

No, this is 100% false. They shut these services down because unless they are consistently maintained and updated, they become at risk for hacking, and Nintendo customers would suffer dearly from that. They kept them going with up to date security for as long as they could justify it, but for real guys, there are only like a few thousand of us who still use that shit, and most of us just jack our consoles and load them up with ROMs anyway. It makes absolutely no sense for Nintendo to keep those services running, and they are far from the only company to operate in this fashion. It’s standard practice, not greed.

Nintendo post 3ds is just going down, like, I love the games, the game team is still incredible, being able to put something like zelda totk in the switch is still a great achuvement, but the desisions the other teams make, god damn, shutting down the 3ds and wii u eshops is just asking for people to pirate their games, then when the switch launched they removed the virtual console witch was not perfect but was the best way to legaly play old games and puting in its place a shitty online servuce witch the online is trash and the games you get are trash too, you no longer own the game, you pay a fucking netflix subscrition to play the fucking games, witch is you want to play n64 and not nes and snes you need to waste 50 BUCKS, WTF NINTENDO. And theres the legal team too, ohh my fucking god, I dont need to make this comment longer, everyone here knows the primary reason for everyone shitting on nintendo is the legal team, its just sad that a company with such incredible game devs and revoluscionary ideias specialy with consoles has such a terrible everything aside from the game team.

If you truly love all these Nintendo games from across the decades like you claim you do, then why do you care so much about power and performance? If those games were good enough for us back then, and are still good enough for us to replay and emulate them now, then evidently resolutions and frame rates and dynamic lighting and unreal engine 5.whatever are not half as important as we pretend they are. If Nintendo gave us a PS5 level console with PS5 level games in terms of power, they would be putting out far, far fewer games, and they would be spending so much time and money focusing on impressing you with the graphics and performance that they wouldn’t be able to provide that trademark Nintendo gameplay anymore. The limited power of the Nintendo Switch is precisely what enables the games to be as good as they are. Outdated games are easier to make, which empowers creativity and passion.
Everything else you say in this video is mostly valid, but the complaint that “the switch runs like a toaster” is brain dead and I’m sick of hearing it.
