We haven’t seen Archie gray in his position .. not having Spence playing in Europe still angers me .. he is under utilised .. udogie has lost form which happens to youngsters as expectations grows.
Delap has very strong finishing. If you look at his body placement when he strikes he’s a proper number 9. Also he’s extremely young (21) and miles better than any of our young guys. I think we should move on from Scarlett and richi. Bring in delap for solanke rotation. That should encourage lankshear to force his way into the team. Then there’s also veliz… bloody hell too many young 9s.

But could that be a product of a player who had time in a lower league on loan. Scarlett 2 in 2 now, veliz in a top 5 league on loan. Seeing how those 2 lads especially do is fascinating
@@insidespurs7717delap broke the record for most goals in academy with city ..he an palmer wer a lethal duo ..he gets better with the service he gets .city wer ready to play him as a striker in their false 9 season and started with him in preseason and pep said he will b their main striker .he pickeup a lig injury an was out for entire season .and rest is history .city win with false 9 , city sign haaland .no place for delap
Just sell Scarlett permanently and Veliz. Delap’s better than them plus I believe he’s homegrown (I might be wrong). He’s quick, he can score goals and he’ll be good for us if we sign him but I just think this story’s a joke imo. He just signed for Ipswich lol.
i think we should be looking for a replacement for son in the near future, i think he has 2 more good seasons in him, more depth up front and maybe look for a right wing to give johnson some rest

They signed haaland and alvarez the szn after and lost his chance ..he smashed the epl2 (reserve) goal record with city academy and palmer the year before .him palmer rico and mcatee wer the players recognised as the big 4 city grads ..he gets better with the service he gets .complete striker .closest to a harry kane ul see in years.city has a buyback for a reason
I actually did a video on him a few weeks ago and said he’s a good player, in my preview I said he had scored 5 in 10, which by the end of the season is 19 in 38 which is what solanke had. I raves about him. An issue I had was we have 3 young talented strikers that if we spend 40+ on delap what does it mean for them. One of which has 3 in 5 for a mid to lower table team in the championship, one starts in the la liga as well. Delap is a good player and will continue to improve, just more curious on the 3 youngsters that’s all

Against Brighton he was poor n against West Ham 1st half was again poor but Ange knew this and added Sarr to cover n help that side out.
Udogie was good last weekend, over the season maybe not but I think he is slowly regaining form!
I think Sarr was needed for energy and drive in the midfield more than anything
