Start early with diversified investments in stocks, bonds, and real estate. Maximize contributions to tax-advantaged accounts like 401(k)s and IRAs. Regularly review and adjust your strategy to ensure security.....

People dont understand that the prices of things are never going back down. This inflation is deeper than we think. Those buying groceries are well aware that the real inflation is much over 10%. The increments dont match our income, yet certain investors still earn over $365,000 in stocks and assets. Wish I could accomplish that.

Finding yourself a good broker is as same as finding a good wife, which you go less stress, you get just enough with so much little effort at things

Great vid! We are just starting to seriously look at things now after travelling for the last 20 years. So far we have one investment property, a couple of other investments, and have restructured part of our mortgage to get that gone. very inspiring vlog. Looking forward to more.

Awesome! Sounds like you're on the right path but it is a slow path but so so worth it in the end. We put the real numbers in the video as we've got nothing to hide and we thought it might give people better context of a real life Kiwi situation on an average income. Very limited travel for us over that time :(

Thank you. Great video ❤. I'm 34 and have 19 months to go until mortgage free. Good to see when you started investing

Awesome job Kristie! We were late starters to "getting things sorted". You must be so excited! It's a great milestone to achieve especially for someone so young. Well done! :)

It’s crazy how fast things gain steam once you get past the $250k in investments. Before you know it, it will be $500k, $750k… and then $1m!

Here's hoping! The market has been flat over here for the last 3 months but it comes in spurts and waves. It's about time for another growth spurt! :)

Is that in expired Belarusian rubles or Zimbabwe dollars?
