- NOW GOING INTERNATIONAL!
Flight review featuring an Air Canada CRJ-900 from Minneapolis St-Paul, Minnesota to Montreal, Quebec Canada. Air Canada is Canada's leading airline, offering a network to destinations around the world. This flight features one of the airline's CRJ-900s. These aircraft offer a unique feature that is not found on other regional jets. In the midst of March, weather can be unpredictable and cause delays. How will this play out for our flight? For a North American carrier, how do they compare to the airlines in the United States? Will weather cause a delay? Is Air Canada really Canada's leading airline? Find out in this review!

I take the CRJ-900 often from Indy to Toronto and it’s extremely comfortable for a regional jet. Air Canada is hit or miss though with their service. I treat myself every so often with business class and it’s a good experience on air Canada.
I can see the hit or miss with Air Canada. This crew was probably the worst out of the four flights I had. Even then they weren’t bad. I have a review featuring business class on the CRJ-900 with Air Canada in the works. Great experience for a regional jet in North America. Stay tuned!
I don't think Air Canada has its own staff in Minneapolis. They're probably outsourced, which could be why they had you call reservations to be rebooked.
That’s my guess as well. Either way, it wasn’t handled very well. Since they’re wearing the uniforms and handling the flights, it didn’t leave a good impression. The onboard experience for this flight and the one after gave me my official opinion on Air Canada. Feel free to check it out!
I know this happened quite some time ago but I am a new employee of the company that was staffing your flight on the ground at MSP. I'm very sorry to hear that your first impression was not very pleasant and I will bring up some of the concerns listed in the video to my management.
@@AstroGoalHorns I appreciate your concern and willingness to address the matter. As the flight took place over a year ago, I’m not sure what has changed since nor of this review’s relevance. I do not want to cause any trouble. However, if there is anything you need, please let me know. I have flown with the airline multiple times since, and have had positive experiences.
I flew C-FNJZ from Newark to Toronto 2 months ago!
That’s awesome!
check out the historical connection of Eau Claire WI with Eau Claire in Calgary AB........interesting for sure
Hmm. I’ll make note of that.
try Westjet next time.....Air Canada's biggest rival
I plan on it. I just need to figure out when and where.
I upgraded my seat to the front for extra leg room. Front of the plane. Idiots loaded people back to front. So I get in there and people with no upgraded extra room seat, no extra cost had filled all the overhead. So my carryon goes in front of my seat. I ended with even less legroom.
Interesting, I didn’t notice this procedure on my flight. I can’t stand it when this happens. I’ll give credit to Frontier Airlines, they have a very strict carry on policy. Granted they are an Ultra Low Cost Carrier.
Looks like MSP need an UPDATE and REFRESHING. It looks so old and DATED. Even the control tower looks very dated.
@@tonydegiuseppe9484 They have been updating the airport. They recently completed Concourse G and one of the Delta Sky Clubs and I know they’re currently working on Concourse F. With time, I’m sure the airport will be much better.
