I ordered mine a month ago. I had to wait for the last 2k I needed to put aside and also they had in stock only A2 restricted model (47HP for beginner). I had to wait for them to send the ÉCU to the manufacturer for them to flash it. They are not allowed to do it themself.
I will collect it in few days.
I was looking for something fun to ride. Around 100HP seems nice. The street triple put a smile on my face but at 13k€ vs 8.5k€ I couldn’t find a reason why to spend more. I test ride the 8S and the hornet (several others but those are the competitor) and I love them all about the fun they provide. I cannot go with the new hornet design ( I dreamed about it when I was a teenager) and really hesitated with the Suzuki. I bet on the CFMoto because of the look, the tech and the 5 years warranty. Will see but I had good feedback back from 2 800MT owner (ATV version). So let ride and come back in a few thousand km. I already have a shorty IXIL to swap ;)

I own the Cfmoto 700 CLX adventure, if CFmoto want to give the big companies a run for their money they are seriously going to have to up their game. These bikes are not without issues. My model and the heritage model have a faulty gear sensor, they also throw a false neutral, caused some damage jumping across the garage, one guy who works at a dealership wrote his off with it doing the false neutral thing and said he would never touch them again. I am very disappointed that I wasted $12,000 AUD on my bike, the chain is so cheap, tyres cheap and nasty, brakes are cheap and very soft. I don't think cfmoto are there yet.

      Comparing a 6000E bike to a 10000E hyper-bike is not fair man.
For the price a CLX 700 is a great bike for the money..... When it came to the market it was worth it's money.... Still has good brakes (if you do not service them, even a Brembo Stylema are crap). Good sound, good looks, good accesories, and with that 5 year warranty.....Does Honda give 1 year warranty for parts? And the when you need to change a bearing at the stealership it lasts for another month....
My Kawasaki's ECU crapped out at 2 years (4 years warranty god bless).... Gear shifter bushing needed changing after 1.5 years, got OEM part that didn't fit...... lovely...
GS 1250 GSA electronic suspension goes the way of the dodo 2 times in 1.5 years on a bike that's 25000 E....
Bikes are starting to be a labour of love and a pain to own, but there will never ever will be a bike that will be given to grandkids in the future.....

IMO they should go after bigger engines and improve the quality of the things like chains. They are playing in the middleweights where established brands are near their price and they will get kllled.
The cost to produce a 1200cc roadster vs an 800cc roadster is not much more. Imagine it is 15% more but undercuts the premium brands with big engines by 30-40%.

CFMOTO is been seen as the leading company of domestic motorcycle manufacturers, they also make bikes for the cops and the grand of honor. The only engine in their lineup that’s original is the newer 450cc twin cylinder one, and they have a three cylinder and a four cylinder coming in 2024.
The 800NK is really just for people who can’t afford a KTM 790D😂 since in China, a 790D costs twice as much as an 800NK, and we don’t get mid weight street bikes like the GSX and other choices, but we do get the Honda 750 Hornet, which costs again, about twice as much as the 800NK 😅 and BMW F900R costs almost three times as much, so.. it’s not like we have other choices. Btw, the average income in China is about 615 dollars (US) per month, and an 800NK costs about 7000 dollars here

In China, even for the lowest-level jobs, the monthly income has reached about $900. I'm an interior designer and my monthly income can reach over $2100. It only takes me three months' income to buy an 800NK, while most people in some big cities have a higher income than me. 😅
