You can paint ANYTHING, ANYWHERE, ANYTIME and all your work is absolutely beautiful. Thanks for another awesome lesson. You're the best instructor out there ❤
Hi Niaz , great job and inspiring as always. One question, the Schimke box has 8 colors but the one you use has 12. Are these colors purchased separately? This set is quite expensive (USD 93), is there any cheaper but good quality one? Thank you!
Thank you! I had few extra half pans so i decided to put some extra paints from tubes namely graphite gray, lavender and white. You can try check WN Professional water box, half pan Schminche set, Mungyo, Sennelier
Maestro! ; Thank you. For me it is always to paint a winter-scenario ! And really , you show me who easy it can be done. And still I will struggle. But that will not be your fault in any way. Every time I look into your way to do this artistery I cannot copy you or rather your work. I very much like your approach to any object you make , and especially of course the result. In this case , my first question will be, the paper . It is unknown fore me because my supporter are not able to find it in my few shops I can buy from in my neighbourhood here I live in Norway. But it is a silly question , how it is to work with compared to the brands I use , nemely Sounders Waterford, The Langton Prestige, Fabriano Artistico, Canson Heritage or Winston & Newton professional if you have any knowledge of any of those. I ask course I see you use this brand often. And could you please tell us what blendings of colors you use, I will think this picture involves Neutron tint, Paynes Gray, but your grays used in this painting are so wright for a winter day in the southern - part of Norway where I live. Make no efforts for me, just in case you find a meaning of what I try to express. Anyway : Thank you so much !
Thank you! All i can say is that the student grade baohong watercolor paper feels like cheap artists grade but the artist grade feels better than many good brands out there. Grays used used are graphite gray+lavender(to cool it down)+white(am using white to make it easier for the beginners)
Maestro, Niaz Hanna !@@niazhannanwatercolors I am so proud and thankful for your splendid answer to me. It tells me that you are so skilled that any paper will do for you. For me it ought to be a more professional kind of paper if I can try making something nearby what you show us today. I am so glad you took your time to mention the colors used. I has always understood your use of white for our purpose. Splendid. Lavender is a new color to knowledge this year and I love it. ( I got it as a gift from one of my daughters who is an artist too (much better than me!), one from Daniel Smith ( of course) but also the brand Rembrandt from Talens , Netherland that is very similar but cheaper in price. Graphite gray , I must say is new for me, but from your work here, I must buy it as soon as possible. I saw the bluish tone in the gray, but had ment it had a quite another explanation . ( Payne's Gray, or Moonglow from Daniel Smith, or more like a neutral tint. So thank you so much for your answer. You make an old man so happy !
