@@jules1536 your mouse moves farther based on how fast you move the mouse, and not only where you moved it on your mousepad. So you could flick to the same location on your mousepad, but if the speed of the flicks are different they wont land on the same spot.
That will need a whole other video tbh mouse accel isn’t universal there’s different types. Windows OS mouse accel is the shit one that you really shouldn’t be playing with

I think you can develop muscle memory with mouse acceleration. Like you can get used to the speed. Instead of your brain saying "move this far" it'll say "move this fast." Idk if this is possible. Just a theory

Even if the accel curve isn't linear you can still develop feeling for it (not sire if how fast ur twitching muscle memory) but I reckon it's better if the accel isn't extreme and base sens is very low (ie high deviation). I used to use it for awping and I think I can't really reach that level without it, for other weapons am not composed enough not to overshoot if am caught offguard (guess u can say it's not as consistent if the deviation is bigger thus other factors that might affect aim have bigger effect than without accel). Not using it anymore but I feel like I had more confidence peeking with accel than no accel even though I have like triple the time invested in no accel.

Could you compare a Liquid demo from the grand slam run and the current roster? From what I can tell they're all still skilled aimers but it feels like they've fallen off tactically so it'd be interesting to compare and contrast.

After seeing what pro player sensitivity is, mine is kinda high. I used to think mine was slow. Xantares has 800 Edpi. I have 2000 edpi and 1.5 zoom sens.
I wouldn't be embarrassed about the rewind taking forever. The demo viewer being broken is just the unfortunate reality we live with. My hope is that Valve overhaul this asap as this issue hampers content creation in the csgo scene. Keep up gods work!
