The end of the month will be the 9th year of missing my dad. Oliver, your easy way reminds me so much of him, thanks ! I love the relationship that you guys have and share with us.
So glad to see y’all again today‼️. Especially that you’re feeling better. Always love your videos.crab cakes look delish, dip sounds wonderful, Stephanie you need to make a Crab and Shrimp recipes book to sell. I would love it.
Oh my goodness. You guys are so blessed to have that luxury of being able to catch cook and eat those crabs. I can see the way Steph is making those crab cakes. She definitely is using all the right ingredients. I love crabs, and my mouth is watering. Yum yum. I'm glad you guys are enjoying them. You both appear to be wonderful people. Most people would want to keep all those crabs. Continue to enjoy life. Blessings!!!🥰
Those looked great y'all 😊 As per your query, around the Washington-Baltimore area, the closer you get to the Chesapeake Bay, the cheaper the crabcake. This is due to decreasing competition away from the fishery, and increased cost with greater distance. SO, on Kent Island, where they range from good to legendary, they cost between 22 and 25 dollars. But inland, in central Maryland, between Washington and Baltimore, they cost 30 (and are bound to be at least slightly inferior).
You are right about that!! I crabbed on a commercial boat in LA for 3 days and thought I was gonna die. My hands were nothing but infected cuts. I loved it but I’d have to toughen up a bunch!
Hope you guys are feeling better. I do appreciate the videos. I thought it was so funny the fast forward to the crab pots. I would love to see more catch and cook videos. And would love to see the crab dip video.
