Fløterstien

Flight along the beautiful river "Omslandselva" in Kjose. There are historical information placed along the foot path that follows this beautiful stretch of the river. From 1852 (and probably earlier) to 1963 the 5 km long river was used to log driving sawn tree trunks from the forest to sawmills and pulp mills further downstream (and over a lake) in Larvik.
What you see in the video is only about 1Km of the river, but to be able to cover this I had to take off a fly from four different places due to the rugged terrain. The remaining 4Km is not so well maintained and can be hard to reach with lots of obstacles for a drone flight.
