Arcade is one of my favorite Fallout characters, and honestly pretty inspiring, personally. He was the first openly gay character I'd seen in games who wasn't just a caricature or a walking excuse for gay jokes. His story and character writing eventually ended up helping me feel more comfortable coming out as bi a little over a few years ago.

You can change their behaviour in the companion wheel I always set them to opposite of whatever aggresive is so they dont go crazy

I recommend looking into some mods like NVTF and NVSE that will help smooth out the game and allow for framerates higher than 60. Especially if you're wanting to play Fallout 3 after, vital for that game too.

I enjoyed my time with Fallout3 (heavily modded) but not everything is on equal footing. FNV is on another level when it comes to player freedom, story, immersion and world reactivity.

​I actually enjoy the dark wasteland that New Vegas didn't offer. New Vegas felt like a future western with fallout mixed in it.​ Fallout 3 feels much closer to what I think a nuclear wasteland would feel. Mods also improved my experience with 3 ,4 and new vegas@@marwindarx4974
