So sorry you are having issues. I thought that EA was supposed to sort out the Reapers Rewards issues. Unfortunately I don't think you can repair Sims 4 on Xbox.
after i turned my mods out, the quest disappeared and i am not able to see/open the tasks, because they don‘t show up -> so when i click on the symbol, where the quest usually is, nothing happens and no matter what i do, it‘s not functional
So many Simmers are having this same problem. For some it seems mods are the issue but simmers that don't use mods are having the same problem. I was very lucky that the repair game worked form me. I hope that EA sorts out this issue ASAP.
do you know whether this issue is caused by a specific mod or is it just mods in general? i had issues with the login event as well, it just wouldn't open and disabling my mods worked for that as well, but i don't want to disable my mods and go into live mode because all the CC placed would disappear :(

😢oh no. I was having issues today as well. I couldn't claim my rewards. It kept on telling me I was offline and that I needed to be online to claim but I was online. Eventually I gave up and when I went back into my game later on I was able to claim them.
I took out all my mods and repaired the game, nothing is working. I’m so sad :( if anyone has tried anything else that has worked please lmk.

Ea is apparently going to be releasing a patch this week so hopefully it will sort out the problem for Simmers.
I don't have any mods... its just broken...
I know some simmers are even having issues without mods. Have you tried repairing your game?

I play on the PS5 and it keeps telling me that it needs online connection to save my event progress and to receive the rewards...unfair😑😑
So unfair, hopefully ea will sort it out with the new update.

It's all in file holding previous rewards it's like there is conflict between old and new rewards from event.
I know Twisted Mexi's Tool Mod and Build Buy Mod are causing issues and I think I saw that UI cheats was a problem as well.

My mods aren’t working at all :/ I tried deleting sims and reinstalling them I tried deleting mods and reinstalling nothings working!
