Great video, but again, who ever is in charge of the audio: it’s clipping/distorted! Make sure the input signal is not red. Red = bad.

@@profd65 I get your point, but why can't they use the same mic that is used to record regular videos? Sound is great there.

Dr. Greger is a gem. Talks the talk AND Walks the walk. He has been my food/life style mentor since 2013. Plus, not selling anything for his own profit (rather, for Our profit), makes him a man of outstanding integrity and honor. A rare bird, a very rare bid these days.
Thank you Dr. G. for all your good works.

Thank you! Thank you! I've been told 'you worry too much about what u eat, live' I tell them, "live is exactly what I want to do and I why I pay attention to what I eat! I would be worried if I didn't know what I was consuming!" then I direct all skeptic of the healthy healing powers of a plant based diet too you! Frozen fruit and pineapple covered in hemp seeds are great treats and for an amuse-bouche romaine lettuce as a vehicle for black beans floating in salsa and a slice of avocado. 😋 YUM vegan for 50+years happy and healthy ;)

Forget bodybuilders. Look at strongmen competitors if you want to see the adverse effects of excess bodyweight. Those guys die in their thirties and forties with alarming regularity.

Not sure what ever gave people the idea that a "body builder" physique is somehow normal, or natural, or at all sustainable. imagine if everyone on the planet ate 10 lbs of cod a day... and that is just for breakfast. I blame Comic books.

Measuring fat too expensive? Aren't there bathroom scales that measure fat now?

They're not very accurate but I agree that you could atleast track the downwards or upwards trends over a longer period of time on them.
Accumeasure calipers also aren't perfect but also pretty decent and like £10.

healthy waistline seem far to large, image if i had 37" circumference, i would be bloated and look really ridiculous with that beer belly hanging out like that.
