These are ALL so good. Well acted and hold your attention throughout. As well, they provide satisfying entertainment for those with only a limited window for such. Thanks much!
The tobacco industry propaganda was so blatant it's no wonder so many millions died from related illnesses. Phillip Morris had their tentacles sunk into this show. Still, in retrospect, the ads are nostalgic in their way.
bummer . no closed captioning… it’s on the editing page.. you tube obviously don’t really care . they could fix it if they judy tried. yep Dears ears matter too
A Brilliant Scam. Seems like it couldn't have been written any better, so unbelievable it was a true account. It is often said that Authors/writers commit more acts of crime and murder than actual criminals all done on paper. It makes me wonder if these Writers/Authors get their ideas from actual crimes or do the Criminals get their ideas from Writers/Authors ?

Give Reed Hadley a good pack of smokes, and he'll solve anything.
Except how to cure lung cancer.

Originally telecast on March 20, 1952.
The lovely lady's acquaintance set her up.

Amazing how this sort of shit still goes on, women still falling into traps, giving money to conmen.....
Women are getting conned over the internet now. They are not even getting a dinner date.😢smh
The cast listed in the credits has none of the characters in the drama, nor are they the actors in this episode, except of course Hadley.
Right! Those closing credits (and preview of "next week's episode") are from the August 10, 1953 episode "Romance Unlimited".
