Maybe Lisa tone is not unique but for me her voice is the more like Versatile. On AIIYL the chorus and the rap part, when you don’t know them you wouldn’t notice it’s the same person doing it. Even in DKWTD the beginning when she sing, then the chorus when she said « don’t know what to do » then the Rap part. For me it sounds like 3 differents tones.

well, there definitely are cases where there is a very heavy playback, so the vocals arent 100% live. there are performances when jennies mic isnt on her lips but her voice still is played. they often have heavy playback but sing some parts live. also lisas solo, dont think ive heard her sing 100% once, a heavy playback and some parts sung live. they can sing, but they dont always sing live

So much is happening in their dance work that unless you know what to look for it kinda flies by, but now that i've watched Lisa showing just how a slight change in raising your arm or the tilt of your hand makes a difference, and they're doing a lot in their work, I can see just how much practice and work goes into their dances. They always sing live with a backtrack. Usually it just emphasises certain words and isn’t the whole song tho. Sometimes they won’t sing the chorus if they dance hard and will just play the back track. You can hear this best in concerts. They’ve become well known for their live vocals 😄 You should react to kick back and we rock (Lisa version) from youth with you 2. They’re both boy group dances and she wanted to show she could handle those. Her ‘We Rock’ was one take and 4 mins long. She almost passed out after it because she’d been overworked and was exhausted when she done it. I was impressed at how well she performed while being so physically tired!

Also, you watched the correct dance practice, "Moving Version" is something they started using recently, it's actually referring to the camera. Instead of a static camera there's a cameraman moving throughout the dance practice to make it more dynamic. Lastly, although the weekly TV shows are fun to watch, they are known for their poor camera work, often cutting off legs or zooming in so the choreography is missed.
Jennie ends up beings everyone's favorite after they really get into Blackpink.
