What the politicians passed was a very weak bill. It seems that they are working against the people they are supposed to represent.

Yes, because this does not address the home owners who have work trucks with, logos, signage or wraps on them.
The new laws make no changes to that.
So hard working people are being punished.
If your vehicle takes you to work ,so you can pay your bills.
Than you should have every right to park on your property.

I don't think HOAs have ruined Florida, government has, but HOAs are a choice. Many people like HOAs. I bought in a non-HOA neighborhood be cause I hate Communism. Government has caused the cost of insurance (home and auto) to explode in price. Property taxes are also nutz.

Simple, never invest in a HOA home...

Most homes/neighborhoods are more or less in an HOA these days. It's hard to find a home that is absolutely HOA free, unless in a very old neighborhood which is becoming rarer and rarer.

An HOA is the equivalent of a discord server for old people. It shouldn't have rights

Why would they leave out the part of the Bill that would provide a governing body over HOA’s or support helpline for homeowners suspecting fraud !! ?
