Beautiful restoration. What are items on the rear shelf? Does it have some sort of ventilation or a/c unit in the trunk? I have a 1966 250SE Coupe that's also a 4-on-the-floor model, plus it has an electric sunroof. Purchased it in 1992. There are stencil's available for the hubcaps, and the look of your car would be really dialed in to have the hubcap centers the same color as the body.
