This is such a beautiful card. I love those squished flower color’s you have made. I was looking at my flowers today while I was weeding and trying to decide which one’s would look as good. I love the blue inked background too. Thanks for sharing Chrissie, have a wonderful weekend.
The leafy aperture is so pretty Chrissie and I love the background and stencilling with leaves to complement the circular die, and the colour is great with the butterfly made using another of your squished flower backgrounds..a brilliant combination. The under layer is beautiful with a slightly darker blue than you used for the background, it really gives it more punch, and the 'Hallo' with complementary ink blended on it, and using a bit more of the squished flower piece for the top layer together with more ink, really works a treat especially with the partial inking to leave some of it white..a wonderful idea. x
Those squished flower backgrounds are definitely not going to waste. This one seems a perfect fit and there's still the green left to play with. I don't use those darker blues enough in my inking. I'm sorry I don't live near enough to get one of those hello cards when you're at your crafty retreats. I think I am actually going to do some crafting today instead of organizing or buying crafty stuff. What a concept!
Blue and white always pleases me and your card is a delight. I always admire the aplomb with which you 'eye ball" the placement of things. Invariably they are perfectly aligned whilst I spend ages lining things up with a T ruler and they are often still slightly off. 🤣 Hmmm - I'm pretty sure I have that Paper Rose die somewhere. No prizes for guessing what I shall play with next! Thank you Chris.. 💙

I can't think of a wooden stamp in my possession which makes splats! I have several either cling rubber or polymer stamps which make splats but I can't think what you are referring to! Any more info? A particular video where you saw what you are referring to? I'm sorry 😕

I find them difficult to source myself. I do a search giving the size I want, but it's always difficult to find them. I'm sorry I can't help.
