Yeah, losing Minato almost destroyed her. If you look closely, the whole of Yukari's story within the Answer is her going through the Five Stages of Grief. I don't know if it's canon or not, but I've read more than one post P3 fic where she hasn't dated at all for years after his death, even in works where she had children(3 guesses who the father was).

But there must be Teddy's human form inside. Cuz arena hapening after the 4 and there he grew a human body for himself.
For what I know, his human form is situational, and doesn't exist when teddie is using his costume. Only he decides when it appears or when he is empty.
