Just a heads up, you don’t want to take iron if you’re not low in iron. You should definitely get bloodwork done to double check that you need it. You don’t want to have too much iron either because your body stores it.

Just curious what brand of iron do you take? I'm also anemic and have had difficulty finding an iron supplement that doesn't give me severe headaches.
