A question for experienced people, is it true that after the maintenance of the machine and changing the parts that it is not allowed to drive at high speed until after a week or more
This wasn't a maintenance it was cleaning the engine nothing changed, it's true that after changing the engine in 2 strokes u should not rev at higher rpms, only for a while
1. Когда на магните есть пыль - генератор не может быть идеально чистым. 2. Цилиндр зачем было красить? 3. Посадка подшипников коленвала выполнена абсолютно неправильно. 4. Под цилиндр ставится только прокладка, герметик не наносится. 5. Аналогично под лепестковый клапан герметик не наносится. 6. В редукторе используется трансмиссионное масло, а не моторное. 7. Фильтрующий элемент в фильтр не установили. 8. Масло в редуктор не залили. 9. После запуска слышен шум от изношенных подшипников - их надо было заменить. Итог - это не реставрация, а хрен знает что.
Не хрен знает что, а покраска😂 Масло насос не закреплен когда он подключал к нему шланг он провернулся, а потом будет подсос воздуха и ехать это не будет
And what about the litle details? What abbout with the surface of cylinder, the gap betven the cylinder and piston, the gap of end from piston rings ? What about the montage of oiler? ..... l'm sorry! This video can to help very fev to korrekt work.

Should have used the original honda variator weights. There was still plenty of life left on them and you cant find a better weight than oem honda. The weights he put in must have been from the $.99 cent store. They weren't even directional Thats a tip for anyone who is doing upgrades on their honda scooter. Always buy oem honda weights. They come in different weights. Doesn't matter what brand you like and think are great, oemhas them beat. U can also pop the weight out of the cover and slip in and bare weight u need. Just be gentle and you'll need a rubber mallet

Restaruration is not just good look . You dont even look at the vital parts of the engine only the metal , hone the cilinder , put new piston ,, rear pulley same like you take it out , no spring new nothing , just roller weights , old belt , everywhere liquid gasket not the proper gasker , no brushing the magneto insade , diferencial not cleaned with petrol before new oil , new resistor , new bearings on the crankshaft . Someone will buy by the look and than bearings noise , clutch sliping , clutch bell wear out , sorry but im service man and i dont make this look for sure but 10 times more healty , strong and quality engine when im restoring full engine like you .
