Starting my Maple Syrup farm now
I live about 5 minutes from Bloomfield, New Brunswick. This is big timber and potato country around here. Most farmers here grow for McCain Foods.
The selling point Crawford Farms is a reference to a New Brunswick map called CF's in FS 19. It was only on PC. Great map tour. Living in Nova Scotia I have a special interest in maps from the Maritime Provinces.
I live in Centreville, NB so this map is kinda like home for me lol.

Nice looking map. I'll have a go at her! When I have time. I finally was able to return to work last week after a 17 month medical leave. Jumping right back into 12+hour days. And it is killing me!!! So I've not been playing much in the last week.

Great review again. I always go to your map reviews because of your attention to detail. I live in Canada (prairies) and have travelled eastern Canada and this is a great map, hats off to the map maker. This gives a true Canadian feel . And it is for console not just PC ! Thanks again for your detail review!
I'm from the USA but I have been to Canada a couple of times and one thing that I have noticed is that modder of this map put US speck road signs and not Canadian speck road signs on this map
@@michaelwood7253 99% of the assets used were Giants assets.... Easier to get it to console for a wider variety of people. It's a sacrifice I was willing to make.

Just a note Mr. Sealy P. As a Canadian your comment about the flags. We don't really show them as much as our friends to the south . Just on our major buildings and such. Saying that some of Us do show the flag on our homes. but not as many as you would think On July 1st we do show our Canadian pride with flags every where!
Think I might pack up and go on holiday from the Western Wilds to this stellar Canadian map.

I live about an hour or so from Bloomfield NB where the map is based from, awesome to have a map to play on that’s close to home!
Google mapped it and it is pretty accurate aside from a few building and the city centre, really impressed...now for an Ontario map lol

This looks like a real quality map to me. I really like all the little details like Mr sealyp said with the signs in the right places and things like that. I am also a big fan of all the customization the mao allows! I'm always a fan of buildinh my own farm but it's nice to have some we'll designed onex to work off of. My favorite farm was the one with the farm yard in the back with the farmhouse and yard in the front! Very realistic to the farms I have actually lived on IRL. I'm very impressed, great work to the map maker and Thanks MrSealyP for showing the map so we'll! I. Subscribed to the mao and may try my next farm build there

Looks like job early is to remove some of the road side timber to make a fire break between plots and improve sight lines for machines. And make quick money.

Many thanks for the map tour MSP - looks a good map. It's maybe just me, but in the pre-game setup on this map, the first thing I'd do is sell all those flat bottom bins and augers and put in regular silos with overfill pits - I really cannot be fussed with the complexity of using augers.
Excellent map tour as usual!! The map is beautiful! Going to start yet another farm on it and already decided that my house is going to be the one in front of the greenhouse: the house, the yard and the area are just incredible to build my farm!! A million stars for the creator!!!
AND A HEADS UP for anyone interested: I was able to lower the slot count down to 1032... just went to mp, bought all the farms and small fields and then deleted the farm....
There 6 more buyable lots that have buildings you can sell if you want to dig around a little ;)

I wrote this comment before reaching the 977 slots and didn't updated it..... the lots I was able to free come from the 4 farm yards, the 3 small lots at the town and the lot east of the shop.
I did tried buying all lots that i was able to identify that aren't crop fields and 977 is the lower I could reach. Am I missing something??!!
I play on the PS4 so I try to keep that number as low as possible....

It’s a nice looking map but without any vehicles or buildings it takes up over 1200 slots. It’s a little crazy that just the map itself accounts for nearly half the slots
100%, it's definitely the first Canadian map on console Mr.SealyP. Finally!!!!! Been waiting years for this moment. Canadian potato (Seed Potato mods) and Maple Syrup farm here I come!!!
The Crop Inputs Co-operative mod suits the map really well too.
Thank you for the great map tour as always. I decided to give it a go and right off the bat harvested a field sent on the train and found a MINOR bug, no big deal. On the train if I select the first car and open cover, the second car opens, if I select the second car, the first car opens. I selected the second car, hit open cover and the first one opened, I loaded it and it took off and sold the product without any problem. I don't have any crop right now to test the other car but just thought I would mention it for any updates that may be in the works, as they often are on new maps.
Someone pointed me to this comment that was made on reddit. I appreciate the feedback. I'm assuming your on console, as things are as little different on PC.... we actually have two different key bindings to open the two different train cars... This I never would could have caught in PC testing, so thank you for bringing it to my attentionm. The only "fix" I have is to remove the second train car, and unfortunately to get said fix it requires a new save game. AS you said it's minor but it's great to have things proper for anyone new loading the game once the update is released.
Yes hello Canada ! A great map from a great farming country! Thankyou for doing the review As I have said before My Grandparents where farmers and they worked hard , in fact my niece is currently working on a farm in Durham region in Ontario and the straw berry's she brought home this week where delicious! yummy! . It aint all about well YOU know that other place . :)

We are on this map now. Love it. The only down side so far is the massive placement of trees. In order to plant any, you will need the mod allowing for more trees. Also the easy dev. mod is handy to delete unwanted trees too, if you do not want to go to the trouble of cutting them down.
Love the map I can tell you one thing for sure the forest hides many secrets so I hope you are into logging

i tend to sell the extra farms i won't use and reuse them later as placeable points if there isn't any already on the map
If you click your left stick on what you want to remove like your gonna rename it you can also sell it
A little late to comment but I live about an hour from the real Bloomfield and it is very much close to the real place.
On xbox to demolish click right stick on the thing you're wanting to demolish while in the construction menu. Not sure if it works the same on ps.

Tbh I've been trying so hard to like this version of FS. I've been struggling and figured out a while ago that I can't seem to find a map that's got everything I want this map is a 10/10 for me

Really cool map looks like a real farm in The USA they need to do a map of the Morrison Cove area in central PA some of most beautiful dairy farms in the world

Could be Saskatchewan, Montana or North Dakota as well if you remove all the trees.

this is the map i have for my server i got it running on a small PC in the garage runs with the time sync mod with seasons on the farm has run for like 7 years in game at 2 days per month
The mail boxes should be red not blue but otherwise this is a very Canadian feel. It's PEI but it could be Eastern Ontario to Nova Scotia. Thanks for the tour.

Thank you for that demolish tip. Pressing R3 and selling it one at a time can be monotonous when trying to demolish multiple items at once.
This map looks alot like north Texas landscaping, I may jump ship from stone valley to this map 🤔

My husband and I lost everything in the floods in Eastern Kentucky. He is one of your biggest fans. His Xbox was destroyed. I waded back in to save the jacket I got for him for Christmas from your online store. He doesn’t know I’m trying to contact you. I’m not asking for donations. We will be okay. I can’t afford a new Xbox or television for him. Some may think it’s silly but he is your biggest fan in Eastern Kentucky and had every version of FS and every mod. He misses farming but is very proud and won’t say anything. But I know how bad he’s missing it. Thank you very much for bringing joy to him. Missy

looks nice, if Giants fixes the contract bug I'll be checking it out.
Contracts are more difficult to snag up on this map due to it's double crop calender... IF your on PC there are mods that can help with this.

Not on the hub which is a shame as I'd like to try this one and I've had bad experiences with malware from another supposedly 'safe' site. .

Thanks for another great review. As for the flag flying, I think that is a bit representative of national pride. It seems more likely a veteran or family member or good friend of a veteran would fly a flag. As well as all those who actually support the troops. With about 18 million (2018) living veterans in the USA and somewhere around 620 thousand in CA, I think the desire to display the flag is just a bit more likely to be noticed in the US. Nothing scientific about that observation but it makes sense to me.
We don't need to show the flag to have pride in our country. Many people do fly the flag here. Plus I speak as a Verteran, we know who we are. Simple as that really.

So do we still need a manure heap extension to get manure, or just the manure heap? I'm asking because i've yet to get manure to work on "any" map i've played on (even base game ones).

Still the manure heap extension, I popped one in on Calmsden Recently and it works fine for me.

Unfortunately there's a huge problem Canada wide for cell phone service right now. Literally every customer from Canada's largest cell phone provider have no service ATM. I won't be able to text until it's resolved.
i sold both the silo's and all the conveyors and just put in a multi fruit silo in its place to allow for easier dumping of crops
The price of field 7 comes up as $0. Bought that one..... why not.
