Bloomfield Canada map is based out of New-Brunswick ( focus on potato farming )
Bcbuhler has a TH-cam channel and shows how to use the swather and pickup and there are no biogas plants in Saskatchewan irl.
Man this map is just gorgeous ! Love the feeling of this one. Gonna have a lot of fun on this map. Maybe the best map on FS22 ??

A brilliant map. I’m an agricultural equipment technician for John Deere In Saskatchewan and I can say this map is pretty accurate. The train and rail cars are the same, except the trains don’t say CR on the front they say CP. At the coop or wherever you may buy your fertilizer or seed they will have broadcast spreaders like the Bredal that you can rent, that is quite a nice touch I was not excepting.
Finally a Canadian map… lived in Saskatchewan, this map brings back memories neat seeing the train cars looking like the real ones… awesome job guys thanks……. Hopefully we’ll see more of Canadian farming 🙏🙏🙏

Great map tour mate, & a great map.. loving it so far. I did however find if you use the swathing method to harvest the crops that you can with the swathing pack & pick up header, when collecting straw left on field you loose alot, I filled my 200000 Lt trailer, put it in my silo for cows & only got 12000 Lt , losing 80000 per full trailer......

I’ve been spending a couple weeks thinking before I start this one. Looks like the type of map that will play best if you try to stick within the base map and keep your big customizations to a minimum. No reason messing up a really beautiful and unique layout!
Gorgeous map. No boring square fields and no ugly base game farm buildings. 🎉🎉🎉 Better then 90% of the modhub maps.

@@DBruceAllen I feel the same buddy. While Giants could have given us a simulator with decent seasons, they chose to give us a light version, productions and a rollercoaster. 🤮 Shame there’s no competition.
@@davidvanmol5199 My greatest disappointment in FS22 is the lack of a realistic Seasons like FS19. I would like to see more Canadians mode maps as well. In the few that we have there is one from my home province of Nova Scotia.

Thanks Mr S I got the header from mod hub before I got the map but weird it never came with the map at first. But I guess other modders Will use this .map is like a jigsaw nice and clear and colourful. Map has different things to do the ai lives the ditches lol. I did test .a short play but it's not my style of map I look for. Good to see an other map bringing us more than the same basic things I don't understand why no other modders brings us more crops and more than the same old standard machines or items seems that we get all the same mods. Eg same tractors or implements. Why. ?...
So it will s great to see something different and new crops there are a few maps with new crops on them and new factory's to make new things new things.👍

Already had to use the "jeep" to pull worker A's trailer out of the ditch he put it into. Hooked up to the trailer and winched to a tree

I like this map so far and enjoyed your tour. Any chance for a let's play here? Only 7 provinces to go for a complete set in FS22, at least on PC/Mac
There's been a great update to the map there's now green oats u can plant and if u cut it with a mower grass will grow in its place so if u planed to plant grass in a field after u harvest a crop best doing green feild oats and now you can hire workers to use the swaffers which is great and I love that there's a train system on this map you can rent it n load crops or wood and take to an other map

I have enjoyed your videos over the years. You are the best resource for Farming Simulator that I have found. On a different note I asked myself what I would like to see as far as a simulator game. I was a model railroader until it became too expensive and I ran out of room for a layout. I would love to see a model railroad simulator game. You know building the layout with all the scenery,laying out the track etc. just imagine the possibilities for mods with all the different types of trains and equipment around the world. You are probably asking why I bother you with this. I think you know people at Giant or at least have a better idea who to run this by than I would. Let me know what you think. Thanks for all your videos.
I know this was directed at MrSealyP but what you describe could be a beautiful but a really niche game, the potential playerbase would be way too small for a bigger developer to pick up a title like this.
Especially since 2023 has been a very difficult year for the gaming industry, many jobs removed due to increasing costs.
That said, on Steam there are some model train games/simulators which might at least cover a tad of your needs. I don't know if they're any good and I doubt they have a good infrastructure to allow mods.
I don't know if this helps, perhaps 1 day when the gaming industy gets back in the black numbers we'll see a proper model train simulator.

Sadly the swather don’t like workers .
The cow shed needs both slurry pit and extension to work but overall it’s a brilliant map !

I like this map a lot. On my parents farm we also swathed our cereal crops and then came by with a combine with a pick up header. :)
It is a great map. anyone playing the map should be careful with the swather when swathing a field, if you get grass into the swath you might lose some crop. I have put a small dirt edge around my fields to prevent crop lose.
Did the same last night wondered what was happening. Will be leaving a gap next time

5/5 map right up there at the top with calms den and old stream farm as well as the valley the old farm all 5star maps more 5 stars to follow ravensport, court farms, bally spring, land of Italy, and a ton more probely 4 n 4.5stars aswell
Generally don't like "flat" maps, but this one is a Gem.

The reason the swather pack is not a required mod is because you can use any mower you want
For some reason the crop colors on my PDA are all different shades of yellow. Ever since purchasing the Platinum expansion
what can you do with the new crops?besides selling them? Can use them in any production?or not

You can place a slurry pit and an extension beside the cowbarn so you can take it out. Else they don’t produceslurry. 😉

Map is amazing but The train keeps bugging out for me , worked when I started save then after 4 hrs tried to sell to it and it won't come. Did it on 2 different saves for me.

But I’m a bit annoyed with helper performance on PS5.
When I’m deploying helpers for transport, my frame rate drops significantly, which is a little disappointing.
Anyone else having this issue? It’s something I’m only experiencing on this map🤔

Looking like a great map. If my numbers are correct. Based on one month. Using the seed,herbicide and liquid fert as productions you will get 480,000 litres of each product. Seed = £700per 1000l, Herb = £900 per 1000l, Liquid fert = £1,250 per 1000l. Total out going price for a month £1,368,000

I like the looks but as soon as I load into map that have silos like you start with I Uninstall. I just can't stand those silos and they ruined a few maps for me but I seen a big normal silo so I'm waiting to see if I could use it instead.
Dude how are those bins not normal please explain you're ignorance cause you sound like a fool and if you had a brain you'd realize you can delete/sell the bins and put your own in but to call those bins not normal is a fuc*ing joke lmao 🤣 😆
