GUMBO

What do you get a man who has everything? Well the way to MY man’s heart is definitely through his stomach, so his fave gumbo was my Valentine gift last week. This recipe is in two parts which make up an easy, excellent savory dish: roux in a separate video (below) and then the actual gumbo. These both are VERY simple and not intimidating at all! Excellent meal for the last few weeks of cool weather AND a nice warm afternoon puttering in your kitchen. This will definitely speak love. Do it!
